You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Learning Patio and Bilingual Planet from any and all liability, penalties, losses, damages, costs, expenses, attorneys' fees, causes of action, or claims caused by or resulting indirectly from your use of our site.

Usage
The Learning Patio and Bilingual Planet are registered trademarks. We welcome linking from any site as long as the links are not "deep links" intended to bypass our homepage and/or access subscription only pages. You may not resell or redistribute any of the materials copied from The Learning Patio. Any reproducible on The Learning Patio may be printed for use in the classroom or home only. You may make copies for your classroom only. If you have several classes, the license allows you to make copies for all your classes. You may not share your password with others for the express purpose of printing materials from this site. However, you may share your password with your students for the purpose of using the online activities at their homes or printing the reproducibles at home. A School Site License may share the password with students only if they choose the School and Parent option which costs $25 a year more. OUR MISSION STATEMENT

The Learning Patio is dedicated to the development of materials with dual language as our focus.  Most all of our materials are available in both English and Spanish.  We are working to make available every item in both languages.  Most of our materials are presently directed to early childhood classrooms (PreK-3).
But, over the coming months and years we will be expanding into more areas and age groups.
